... hustle and bustle of kuala lumpur ...

Image
saya bekerja di area golden triangle of kuala lumpur.... ofis ku yg setinggi 24 tingkat terasa agak kecil di celah2 pencakar langit yg lain... sepanjang 2 tahun penetapan di sini, ada beberapa perkara yg menarik perhatian saya.... sekali pandang mcm tak luas sgt, tp tanah itu tetap cukup untuk mendirikan sebuah bangunan yg bertingkat2 lebih dari 10 lah... car park yg besar (yg kapasiti lebih dr 100 kereta) mesti tak akan bertahan lama lah... mesti *ka-ching* bertukar menjadi bangunan kuala lumpur tidak penah cukup hotel, buat bangunan baru je, hotel, hotel, hotel tak percaya?? percayalah..... (sila nyanyi ;) ) tak lama lagi klcc akan dikelilingi dgn hotel; existing: mandarin oriental, traders, maya will be: hyatt, four season bnyk bangunan baru, apa jd dgn bangunan lama? boleh di 'mekap' tmbh sket kosmetik (cermin , new paint) and voila... dah jadi bangunan baru taknak mekap? takpe... extend je bangunan sedia ada, kembangkan sisi2 yg boleh berkembang back lane yg tak digunakan ...

people said that a picture is worth more than 1000 words.... so check this out... the laman - spacious and nicely landscaped one of the fish pond - very serene the river - eventhough quite shallow, the water is deras and very clear, refreshing and cold. I really like this picture because the water looks very real. hehehe Anyway, this house actually is private property and thats why the condition is very very good. if only I am millionaire for sure I will buy a property at Janda Baik. :)
